Meet Sign Up Tutorial
Swimmer
1.The parent or athlete logs onto the combined website: https://sparwst.swimtopia.com
2.Click: MEET SIGN UP
3.Click: Green MEET ENTRY OPEN tab for the date you want to sign up.
4.Click: Green EDIT tab at the bottom to make changes.
5.From the drop-down selector, change from Undeclared to ATTENDING.
6.Click: Up to (3) individual events you would like to participate:
- Short Freestyle
- Individual Medley
- Breaststroke
- Long Freestyle
- Backstroke
- Butterfly
7.Click: SAVE to finish your selection. Failure to click “SAVE” will lose your choices.
You must repeat this process for each of the swimmers in your family.
Relays: The computer will select the relay teams (Medley Relay and Freestyle Relay) based upon the (4) fastest times per event in each group. If there are (3) relay teams (A, B, C), the fastest (4) swimmers will make up Relay Team A, the next (4) will make up Relay Team B, and the next (4) will make up Relay Team C.
Not Attending a Swim Meet
If you are not swimming a swim meet, you MUST declare NOT ATTENDINGby completing the following:

2.Click: Schedule
3.Click: Green MEET ENTRY OPEN tab for the date you want to sign up.
4.Click: Green EDIT tab at the bottom to make changes.
5.From the drop-down selector, change from Undeclared to NOT ATTENDING.
6.Click: SAVE to finish your selection. Failure to click “SAVE” will lose your choices.
You must repeat this process for each of the swimmers in your family.
Notes
On the EVENT SIGN UP page, there is a rectangular box for notes. You can include comments to the coach regarding the meet. For example, arriving late or leaving early.
Confirming your Events
Swimmer
Complete the following steps:
1.The parent or athlete logs onto https://sparwst.swimtopia.com
2.Click: Schedule
3.Click: Green or Grey MEET ENTRY tab for the date you want to confirm signup for your individual events.
4.View your events.
5.Click: Return to Swim Meets to exit.
