Meet Sign Up Tutorial--PARENT
Volunteer Sign Up:
1.The parent logs onto https://sparwst.swimtopia.com
2.Click: Meet Sign up
3.Click: Green JOB SIGNUP OPEN tab for the date you want to sign up.
4.Click: Green SIGN-UP FOR JOBS tab for either Parent’s name.
5.Click: Job Opportunities you are certified to signup.
Note: The list has choices for 1st Half and 2nd Half roles. The user can view how many openings have been filled. The application will block trying to select multiple 1st or 2nd Half roles. If a role is FILLED, move the mouse over the opening column to see other names who have signed up for the filled role.
Click: SAVE ASSIGNMENTS to finish your selection.
Failure to click “SAVE ASSIGNMENTS” will lose your choices.
Confirming your Events Volunteer
Complete the following steps:
1.The parent or athlete logs onto https://sparwst.swimtopia.com
2.Click: Schedule
3.Click: Green or Grey JOB SIGNUP tab for the date you want to confirm signup for your volunteer roles.
4.View your events.
5.Click: Return to Swim Meets to exit.
